I can only share the sentiments of Miss EE Willcocks. The site provides an entertaing yet informative take on the strange world of football. Keep up the good work.
looking good Evans, keep up the good work
To echo the above, can’t see you’re on anything other than the right track (I worked as a local journalist – news not sport for six years) and am trying a bit of freelancing myself – my question about a visit to Cardiff City isn’t trying to jump on your patch, I don’t think I could write match reports anyway. Just keep it up and NCTJs are worth doing – make a start on shorthand anyhow there are lots of good books. (Sorry, you may be studying a journalism degree, your profile doesn’t say, in which case this is patronising tosh). All your work experience should stand you in good stead. There’s a job on the craigslist London board today, under writing/editing that I’m sure you could do – website previews for League One and Two games, bugger all cash, but if you’ve got the time…
Keep on trucking. All the best,
Colin
